Here are a few of our policies. We have assembled our most frequent questions and answered them here. If you have any additional questions, you can always email us.
All orders placed will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours unless the order is back-ordered. If the order is back-ordered, you will be notified by email with an expected ETA. With any product that is ordered from a distributor and not in Cafe 48 stock, the ETA is dependent upon the distributor. If any back-orders are cancelled by the distributor, a full refund will be provided. Cafe 48 is not responsible for any distributor cancelling or changing their stock. Most of the products provided by Cafe 48 are handmade from recycled materials. These materials are subject to change and color variations. Products pictures on the website may not be exact when received. No credit card information will be kept. The privacy of our customers is extremely important and we will work extremely hard to safe guard yours. Due to the materials used, each product is subject to slight variations. By placing the order, you understand and accept these terms.
All orders will be shipped from order date within 24 - 48 hours. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Once the order has been placed, a tracking number will be provided via email.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
